The villa is furnished to a high standard, providing many modern conveniences and facilities.

The villa has a double master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and features a set of double doors providing access to the patio and pool area. The en-suite bathroom comes complete with bath, shower, W/C and wash basin.The villa also has a twin room with its own bathroom, two single beds and has ample storage, with a view looking out over the pool, patio and the surrounding area.

To help make your stay as comfortable as possible a modern, spacious kitchen and utility room ensure cooking and washing are as hassle free as possible. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge freezer, dish washer and microwave oven. The utility area includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

For entertainment and dining, a modern living area and outside barbeque area are provided. The lounge area is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, Radio and CD Player allowing you the chance to unwind to your favourite programme, song or film. The barbeque area is covered so even when the sun isn't out, the dining can continue in comfort. There is a large roof terrace ideal for sunbathing or a quiet evening drink enjoying the panoramic ocean view across to Fuertaventura.

If it all gets a little too hot you can take a dip in the villa's own private, heated pool or relax on the patio. The villa area also contains a large communal pool, excellent for playing games in.

A welcome pack is supplied which includes milk, tea, coffee, fruit juice, biscuits and water. Linen is changed weekly and towels are also changed mid week. Large beach towels are also supplied.
