The villa is situated on a quiet and private development with a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. There are some magnificent coastal walks with a pavement sea front promenade which runs close by the villa into Playa Blanca itself.

It is a five minute drive to the sheltered beach at Playa Flamingo and a further two minutes into the village of Playa Blanca where there are two more golden sandy beaches and a pedestrianised high street, many shops, several supermarkets and a selection of pavement bars and restaurants offering good food at reasonable prices with many children's menus.

There is a golf course located at Puerto del Carmen, a 30 mins. drive away and a second at Costa Teguise, approx. 40 mins drive from Playa Blanca.

Arrecife airport is approximately a 30 minute drive away. Full directions to the villa will be provided on booking. Taxis are freely available from the airport but due to the location of the villa a hire car is recommended.
